No. Your 14-day Pro trial starts immediately when you sign up — no card required. You only enter payment details when you decide to subscribe.
What happens after the trial ends?
Your workspace automatically moves to the Free plan (5 members, 50 tickets/month). Your data is never deleted. You can subscribe at any time to restore Pro features.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Stripe handles prorated billing automatically.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. All plans are flat-rate. Pro covers up to 25 members, Enterprise is unlimited.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Data export (GDPR ZIP) is available on all plans from Settings. Coming in Week 3.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes — email us at billing@sayformally.com with proof of status and we'll set up a custom price.
